| The Kaizen Team were at HARMAC today and tried to help Oliver, Siobhain, Tom, Ollie and Ricky with a cycle time analysis on one of the key operations in the plant. The team spent time doing a study of the operation and video-taped each step. Ollie Finneran came up with some excellent ideas and these were documented as items for improvement that will be worked on over the next few weeks.
What struck the Kaizen Team on the day was the interest shown by the Harmac team of the tools and techniques of Kaizen. A truly impressive team environment here in Harmac Medical.
