Strange as it may seem, the Kaizen team got a great surprise when they visited the Hasbro plant as they were shown photos of a recent fun day held at the plant. The photos attached tell the story.

On a far more serious note, the VSM teams got down to business in the Kaizen Room and analysed the second stage of the Value Streams, both New Product Introduction and the FOB. Bill Stacey, one of the two on-site Kaizen experts, joined both teams during the events and was impressed at the level of detail gathered so far.

Meanwhile Ollie Murphy, the second on-site Kaizen expert, was busy managing the lines during this extremely busy period of the year for this World Class toymaker.

Well done to all on the efforts to date and also for creating a stimulating work environment.
