John and Phil getting "stuck-in" at Killarney Plastics
| Phil and John from Sennheiser in Tullamore traveled to Kerry and joined the Kaizen Team at Killarney Plastics today. Both teams went through the current projects and started analysing one of the operations in David's area. The team firstly analysed each step in the process and then developed standard work sequences to achieve Takt time. We then did a full video analysis of the process and used this as a training exercise.
From this study, the team then created a complete operations parameter chart and will implement this over the coming weeks. | << Return to news
