The Kaizen team were treated to some great working examples of the daily Manager's Walk and Standard Work at today's site visit to ANSAmed. Antoinette, Kieran and Seamus outlined the main activities that have taken place in the plant over the past few weeks. The Manager's Walk was video recorded to help with training and also helped the BOSE team gain specific tips for use in their own plant. What was especially interesting was the way ANSAmed share information during their daily production meetings close to the production floor. On the flip-side, Frank and Eamonn  from BOSE helped ANSAmed with their standard work activities, as BOSE are doing this very successfully in the Carrickmacross plant.

Overall it was a very productive day in ANSAmed and some great examples were evident to share with all other project companies.
