| Kaizen Training Skillnet team spent the day with Adrian, Marlis , Joe and Martin getting to grips with all stages of the Value Stream Management project. Adrian quickly grasped the concept and applied his knowledge to creating a highly colourful and visual representation of the value stream. Many opportunities were identified during the process and improvements using Kanban and visual controls will be implemented over the coming weeks.
