Ansamed Ireland, an international manufacturer of medical components hosted the prestigious pre-conference site visit of Norman Bodek of PCS Press and also known as the Godfather of Lean, Tony Corrigan of the Kaizen Centre in Ireland and David Veech of the Institute of Lean Systems.

The site visit was held mainly in appreciation of the efforts and results achieved so far by this exciting medical device company. ANSAmed have achieved some great results so far by participating in the Kaizen Training Skillnet and continue to use the techniques delivered by the Kaizen Centre to enhance their business and support their customers.

After a site tour and a meeting with the management team, the Lean/Kaizen experts shared their experience with the Expert ANSAmed team and developed a cohesive plan for the next few months.
