The enigmatic Denis Collins has made sure that Killarney Plastics stays ahead of the competition by planning and coordinating a wide range of Kaizen activities at the plant. Denis and the team have completed many improvements since the last Kaizen visit and are in a very strong position today to commence the Control phase of DMAIC.

At this stage the Kaizen Team in Killarney spent the day developing controls for all aspects of the tank plant and have created many high level visual displays in the area as is evident in the attached photos.
