Matt McBride set the scene today with the Kaizen Steering team in Harmac and outlined some very clear objectives to achieve over the coming weeks. Mother Nature played its role over the past few weeks and even though we experienced a blip a startup, the team is now firmly in control of the process and the project at this stage.

The Kaizen Team spent time monitoring and analysing production runs during the day and discovered a few simple solutions with the members on the production floor. Joe and the Harmac personnel will be working on a few new ideas over the coming weeks and will be showing powerful A3 DMAIC examples to the other companies.
