The Kaizen team reviewed many of the projects today in Mergon and compliment the professionalism shown by the Steering Team and the project teams in grasping the control stage of DMAIC.

Mergon are very close to completing their DMAIC A3's this week and were helped by Steve Dunne on the day. A number of projects are now showing a significant return on investment and the company can be very proud of the commitment shown by the individual teams.

Well done and we look forward to the facilitators session next Thursday in Athlone where you can display your projects to the other companies.
