The Kaizen team visited Trend Technologies in Mullingar today and found that the on-site team have made significant cost savings on a few parallel projects. Louis outlined his various Green initiatives that have taken place over the past few months and Donal showed the companywide efforts on creating a greater cost awareness.

The communications team also outlined their new visual systems in each production area and in the canteen. Meanwhile the SMED - Changeover Reduction team have also continued with their improvements in layout and storage.

Even though some of the Steering Team were away on holidays, the remaining "soldiers" have kept the process ticking over.
